Streams generated text tokens (Server-Sent Events) for a given prompt.

GET 
/orca/streamtext

Opens an text/event-stream response and emits model output chunks as they are produced. Also records token usage and cost estimates, and updates the associated request status.

Notes: Client must support SSE. The response is not JSON; it is a live stream of text chunks.
