Returns a paginated list of featured posts (“Lumos picks”) that are currently active.

GET 
/lumos/picks

Fetches the active pick set (if any) whose optional date window includes the current time, then returns posts referenced by that set. Results include associated images and are ordered by most recent (PublishDateTime if set, otherwise Updated), with simple offset/limit paging.
