Retrieves a page of posts, optionally filtered by a saved topic, ad-hoc search, user, or “saved” flag.

If topicId is specified and resolves to a valid topic, server-side filters (followers, tags, categories, search terms) from the topic are applied. Otherwise, falls back to generic listing logic in Library.GetPosts.
