Creates or updates a post, processing inline base64 images into persisted cloud URLs.

Base64-embedded images in postBody are uploaded to cloud storage and their src attributes rewritten to public URLs. The post content is then queued (or saved in DEBUG) and a hydrated Posts entity is returned in the response message.
