Retrieves a news article by its `Guid` post identifier and returns it as a `Posts` model.

GET 
/news/post/:postId

Converts the provided postId to its original numeric ID, loads the associated news with authors, media, and categories, and maps it to a Posts representation for client consumption. Returns an empty Posts when no matching news is found.
